ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court and seek regular bail.

Criminal petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, the Trial Court, considering the fact that he was earlier granted anticipatory bail by the Trial Court, shall consider bail application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible but not later than a period of one week from the date of his arrest.
