The present applications have been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused persons by this Court as well as by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 19.01.2019 & 11.01.2019 in connection with F.I.R. No.194/2017 lodged at Police Station Gogamedi, District Hanumangarh for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 325, 326, 341, 342, 323, 364, 147, 148 & 149 of IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the respondents have already been bound under Sections 107 and 116 of Cr.P.C. by the concerned Executive Magistrate to maintain the peach and tranquility.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after enlargement of private respondents on bail, there is noting on record which shows that the private respondents have misused the liberty granted to them by this Court or have threatened the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the applicants is not in a position to controvert the statements made by learned counsel for the private respondents and learned Public Prosecutor.
In view of the statements made before this Court, the applications preferred for cancellation of bail granted to private respondents have no merit. The same are, therefore, dismissed.
