Judgment
P. Sam Koshy, J
The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been
transferred from Korba to Gariyaband.
Contention of the petitioner is that she has been subjected to frequent transfer inasmuch as at her own request and at her own cost. The petitioner
was transferred vide Annexure P-6 dated 20.02.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner was transferred from Janjgir-Champa to Korba. In a
short span of less than 6 month's the petitioner has again being subjected to transfer outside the said district.
Given the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of such
representation the respondent No.1 shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.
Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is
concerned.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
