The petitioners, by way of instant petition u/s 482 Cr. P.C., seek quashing of FIR No. 98 dated 3.6.2012, under Sections 363A, 366, 376/ 420, 506, 120B IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, Distt. Amritsar. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the seriousness of allegations alleged against the petitioners in the impugned FIR, he does not intend to press this petition. He seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition.
