The petitioner, who is a retired mason from respondent-Corporation, has come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the amount of gratuity to him, in terms of notification dated 18th September, 2017, with all incidental benefits.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 4 and Mr. Tara Singh Chauhan, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.5.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondent/ authorities, within two weeks, in accordance with law. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent/authorities shall decide the same, in accordance with law, within two months. It is made clear that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved with the outcome of the representation, he is at liberty to approach this Court again for redressal thereof. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
