Judgment
Mr.V.Sreenidhi, learned additional government advocate, accepts notice for the respondent No.2.
The writ petition was filed seeking to quash the final selection list of teachers, dated March 17, 2015, in the institution concerned.
The learned advocate for the respondents submitted before the Court that as the original documents were not submitted by the writ petitioner, the verification could not be made and, consequently, he was not selected. It was submitted that the writ petitioner could submit the original documents for verification and the institution would re-examine the claim of the writ petitioner. On the basis of such concession, the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the writ petitioner to produce the original documents for verification before the institution concerned.
We do not find any merit in the writ appeal as the order was passed on concession.
Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the writ appeal, I.A.No.I of 2017 does not survive for consideration and is, also, dismissed.
We make no order as to costs.
