S.S. Sudhalkar, J.

1.

Learned AAG has stated that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner but he was called in the Police Station on a complaint regarding a plot but that being a case of civil nature, the complainant was asked to seek remedy before an appropriate court and that for that the petitioner is not needed. Learned counsel for the petitioner apprehends that the petitioner will be again called and arrested in connection with the complaint made by Mr. Sukhdev Kumar resident of Vishal Nagar, Phakhowal Road, Ludhiana regarding plot bearing Khasra No. 28/4/256/3 7/1 377/1/2, village Jawadi, District, Ludhiana. He, therefore, has made a prayer that in case of such a complaint, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail. Looking to the fact that the petitioner has alleged that he is being called again and again by the police and when his request for anticipatory bail is narrowed down to a limited extent, he can be granted anticipatory bail and in that situation it will not be an order of blanket bail.

In view of the above, it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner in connection with complaint of Sukhdev Kumar resident of Vishal Nagar, PakhowalRoad, Ludhiana regarding plot bearing Khasra Numbers stated above, he be released on bail by the police on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/ with one surety in the like amount. This order shall remain in force for a period of 90 days from today.
