Judgment

Heard Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Issue notice in connection with MC(WP(C)) No. 360 of 2025.
The case of the petitioners in the said application is that in the connected 2(two) writ petitions, this Court has passed an interim order directing the authorities to maintain status-quo in respect of the present petitioners. However, in complete violation of the said interim order, the authorities have issued another order dated 28.04.2025 ordering for reversion of the present petitioners to their parent unit. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as the said subsequent order dated 28.04.2025 has been passed in violation and in complete disobedience of the interim order passed earlier by this Court, an interim order needs to be passed for suspending the operation of the said subsequent order.
Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents, seeks some time to get instructions from the authorities.
As prayed for, list these cases on 09.06.2025.
In the meantime, the authorities are directed to maintain status-quo in respect of the present petitioners till the next date.
