The petitioners pray for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No.42 dated 18.05.2022 registered under Section 294, 323, 452, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioners alongwith certain other persons, armed with deadly weapons, entered the shop of the first informant and started beating his brother Deepak. In the aforesaid scuffle, the first informant's mobile phone was also lost. The dispute is with regard to the stolen spare parts of combine harvester.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that parties have entered into a settlement outside the court.

Learned State counsel on the basis of instructions from ASI Parbinder Singh admits these facts.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel representing the parties admits that petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise is pending.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is disposed with a liberty to the State to file an application for revival if so required.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
