While placing on record, copy of communication dated 27..2023 issued under the signatures of Director of Elementary Education, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General states that in terms of the judgment sought to be executed, case of the petitioner was considered in light of judgment dated 26.5.2022 delivered by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 154 of 2020 titled Reena Devi v. State and judgment dated 14.10.2022 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 7555 of 2021 titled Ranjeet Singh v. State of Himachal Pradesh and another, but since petitioner was not found entitled to the benefit in terms of the aforesaid judgments, his representation has been rejected.

Since the only direction in the judgment sought to be executed was to consider the case of the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings, which are accordingly disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings laying therein challenge to the consideration order passed in purported compliance of judgment sought to be executed. The petition stands disposed of.
