Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders Annexures P-4 and P-5, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nissing to Gheer against respondent No.4 and vice-versa only after 19 days stay at Nissing.
Learned counsel contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 11.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) served by him, within some specified time.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 11.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
It is made clear that in case the legal notice is not decided within two months, there shall be costs of Rs. 25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner.
