ORDER
It has been represented by the counsel for the Petitioner Dr. S.V. Rama Krishna that the parties have amicably settled the matter and hence a memo of withdrawal of the Petition has been duly filed in the Court and hence the matter can be withdrawn. Heard the counsel. The case is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the Petitioner to come back in case of default by the Respondent.
