Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
(a) That writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued and the Notice dated 19th July, 2011 may kindly be quashed and set aside.
(b) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the Respondents may kindly be directed to engage the Petitioner as Home Science Teacher on P.T.A. basis at Govt. Sr. Section School Hatwar, Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P.
By letter dated 18th August, 2011, the Director of Elementary Education has taken the stand that the Home Science Lecturer is an isolated category and hence PTA appointment is not permissible. According to the Petitioner, she has worked in the school as duly appointed by the PTA committee and yet the eligible salary has not been disbursed. All these aspects the Petitioner may point out before the first Respondent within a period of one month from today. In the event of such a representation being filed, the entire aspects shall be looked into by the first Respondent. In case the Petitioner requests for an opportunity of hearing, the same shall also be granted. In case the Petitioner is found eligible for any benefits, the same shall also be disbursed. Needful as above shall be done within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation along with copy of the judgment and copy of the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
