Judgment
Petitioner has preferred this civil writ petition aggrieved by order dated 11.12.2019 passed by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur,
whereby appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed.
It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was transferred vide order dated 29.09.2019 from Govt. Senior Sec. School Lasadiya
(Phagi), District Jaipur to Govt. Senior Secondary School Hatheli, District Bundi. The transfer order was challenged before the Rajasthan Civil
Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur and the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed, aggrieved by which the present writ petition has been
preferred.
Vide order dated 03.01.2020, Shri Ganesh Meena, AAG is directed to take instructions from the department as to whether the petitioner can be
adjusted to nearby place at Jaipur.
Learned AAG has intimated the Court that in view of the directions of the Court, petitioner has been posted at Government Senior Secondary
School, Kothi Natmam, District Tonk and that petitioner has already joined at Government Senior Secondary School, Kothi Natmam, District Tonk.
I have considered the contentions.
In view of the fact that petitioner has already joined at Government Senior Secondary School, Kothi Natmam, District Tonk, no ground is made out
in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed.
The transfer order is taken on record.
