Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
On 30.10.2020 while issuing notice, this Court directed the listing of the instant petition along with connected matters. However, this was not so done by the Registry and connecting matters, the lead being CWP No. 3911 of 2020 titled Kirpa Ram vs. The Principal Secretary (Forest) to the Government of H.P., Shimla and others came to be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2021.
In this view of the matter, the instant petition is also required to be disposed of in the same and similar manner in which the connected matters have been disposed of.
Since, the respondents have fairly considered the claim of the petitioner and have also undertaken to pay the entire amount due and admissible to her on or before 30th April, 2021, therefore, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the due and admissible amount to the petitioner latest by 30th April, 2021. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
For compliance, to come up on 05.05.2021.
