Ajay Rastogi, J.—Counsel inter-alia submits that process of selection was initiated pursuant to advertisement (No. 1/2008-09) dt. 10/05/2008 for the post of Lecturer (School Education) and was based on interview alone but it appears that amendment made vide notification dt. 01/04/1998 which postulates that selection shall be made among candidates who obtained minimum qualifying marks in written examination followed by interview has not been taken note of while holding selection. In the instant case, written examination held by PSC is not a part of process of selection and was conducted only for shortlisting the candidates for being ultimately called for interview.
