1 Bar is abstaining from work.

Seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 7/accused persons for commission of offence under various provisions of IPC for committing a fraud upon the petitioner, the petitioner has come up before this court.

Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required.

Let the complaint Annexure P-2 be decided by respondent No.2-Inspector General of Police NRI & Women Wing, Phase-VII, SAS Nagar, Mohali (Punjab), who, within seven working days, shall consider either deciding himself or delegating the same to any officer holding IPS cadre. After that, the complaint is to be decided within thirty working days by passing a speaking and reasoned order, and the order so passed will be communicated to the representationists without delay.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh petition or to take other legal remedies in accordance with the law.

It is clarified that there is no adjudication on merits. It is further clarified that this order shall not come in the way if the interrogation of the petitioner is required in any cognizable case.
