Mr. Dey, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 (bank). He submits, the insurance company has paid Rs.6,00,000/-. Petitioner filed complaint before the Consumer Forum and thereafter also filed the writ petition. The account has become NPA and his client is contemplating taking steps under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Mr. Mohanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, service was made on opposite party no.4, Bhubaneswar Branch of the insurance company. On query from Court he submits, the policy was taken from the Puri Branch (opposite party no.5).

Issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.5 by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioner will put in requisites.

Mr. Mohanta renews interim prayer for protection of his client’s unit. Mr. Dey points out that from page-31 of the writ petition, notice dated 16th May, 2022 under section 13(2) of the 2002 Act already stand issued.
