ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he desires to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue other remedies which are available. Accordingly, he has filed withdrawal affidavit.
The applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue other remedies according to law.
