Judgment

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tehsildar cum Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Parishad, Tarana, District-Ujjain has issued a notice dated
04.01.2022 stating that the residential house of the petitioner is illegal construction as per the provisions of Section 187 & 188 of the Madhya Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1961.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed reply along with relevant record before the respondents. He
apprehends that the respondents will demolish the residential house without considering the reply filed by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents not to demolish the construction of the petitioner
without considering the reply of the petitioner. The respondents will pass a speaking and reasoned order after considering the reply filed by the
petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
