The petitioner is seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.1 by the order dated 02.09.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.1 after having been bailed out has been threatening the petitioner. She has referred to the representations Annexures P-6 and P-7 in this regard. She also submits that after the grant of bail, the petitioner had been coming on motorcycle outside the house of the complainant and has passed obscene remarks to the complainant.
Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Jaspal Chand, submits that no complaint has been received from the petitioner and in case the petitioner makes any complaint, necessary action would be taken to prevent her harassment or intimidation.

Respondent No.1 had been granted regular bail by this Court on 02.09.2020 after he had put in over 1 year in custody. Respondent No.1 was found innocent by the police and had been summoned to face trial under Section 319 Cr.P.C. The alleged incident with regard to the afore-noted harassment of the petitioner is stated to have been taken place almost 2 years back. There does not seem to be any untoward incident at the behest of respondent No.1 thereafter. Consequently, I do not find any good ground to cancel the regular bail granted to respondent No.1.
The petition stands disposed of with a direction to SSP, Ferozepur to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed or intimidated by respondent No.1.
