Since a very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondents to implement the order/judgment dated 18.9.2017, passed by erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 5581 of 2015, learned Additional Advocate General while appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly states that he does not intend to file reply in the application and this Court may pass appropriate order.
Having taken note of the fact that more than three years have passed, but till date no steps have been taken by the respondents to implement the judgment passed by erstwhile Tribunal, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the petition at hand with direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps towards implementation of the order/judgment dated 18.9.2017, passed by erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 5581 of 2015, positively within a period of four weeks from today, if not already implemented. Ordered accordingly.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also pending applications, if any.
