The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in the judgment/order dated 11.03.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 3030/2026. The same reads as under:

Issue notice.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the aforesaid directions are under implementation. He submits that the necessary compliance shall be done latest within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Binding the respondents to the said statement, the present petition is disposed of. However, if the needful is not done within the said period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
