Judgment
Tarun Agarwala, Presiding Officer
Cause shown is sufficient. The applications are allowed. The orders dated November 10, 2022 and February 3, 2023 dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution is recalled.
We find that the appellant made an application before the depository participant for change in the signature. It transpires that the left hand thumb impression was given instead of the right hand thumb impression which is required to be given by a female. The depository participant intimated the same to the complainant. Instead of rectifying, the appellant made a complaint on the SCORES platform which has been disposed of by the impugned communication.
Having perused the memo of appeal, we find that the appellant is required to comply with the guidelines so issued by the depository participant with regard to the change in signature. No error has been pointed out. Thus, we do not find any error in the disposal of the complaint made on the SCORES platform. The appeal fails and is dismissed.
This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Certified copy of this order is also available from the Registry on payment of usual charges.
