ORDER

1.

Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. It is seen from order dated 18.05.2018 in CP(IB)-1387/2017 that the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP and that Resolution Professional has also been appointed, therefore, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty granted to the Operational Creditor to file his claim before the RP appointed in the matter. Petition and connected documents to be consigned to records.
