[1] Heard Mr. Kh. Chonjon, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Devajit, learned counsel for the respondent.
[1] Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.10.2021 since no lower court records are not sent and no reply has been received from the lower court, this Court directed the learned District & Sessions Judge, Manipur West to take effective steps to find out the lower court records in original suit No.66/1971/93/1972/1-A/1997 and sent the same to this Court but there is no report from the learned District & Sessions Judge, Manipur West.
[2] Therefore, the learned District & Sessions Judge, Imphal West is directed to report or find out the bundle in original suit No.66/1971/93/1972/1-A/199 without any further delay and produce before this Court on or before 09.12.2021.
[3] Therefore, post this matter finally on 09.12.2021 as part heard as first item.
[4] Registry is directed to issue copy of this order to both the parties and the District & Sessions Judge, Imphal West on 16.11.2021.
