K.M. Joseph, J.—Petitioner is the father of the alleged detenue. Allegation of illegal detention is made against respondents 3 to 5.

2.

Today the alleged detenue and her parents were present. The alleged detenue would tell us that she has married the third respondent and that she wants to go with him. The marriage certificate was also made available. We allowed her to interact with her parents. Thereafter, we called for this case again. The mother of the alleged detenue would tell us that the alleged detenue is studying for the Plus Two course and the examinations are to take place. It is also pointed out by the learned counsel for the party respondents that contrary to the case of the petitioner, the third respondent is actually born in 1990 and therefore, the third respondent is above 21 years of age.

3.

We notice that the petitioner has not made out any case of illegal detention. The third respondent, who is present before us, would state that he will see that the alleged detenue attends the Plus Two examinations. We record the said submission and allow the alleged detenue to go with the 3rd respondent. Writ Petition is disposed accordingly.
