The application has been made by the petitioner seeking the family pension of the deceased husband. The petitioner represented the matter before respondent No.4 way back on 18th July, 2023 and the said application is still pending.
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties and perused the evidence on record.
In view of the above, with expressing any opinion on its merit, this present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass an order if required by giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any other person(s), if there are any other counter-claims in addition to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. Stay if any stands vacated. Pending application(s), if any also stands closed.
