Heard Mr. S. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Ms. R. Colney, learned GA appearing for the respondent Nos. 1- 4 and Dr. P. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 – 6. Ms. R. Colney, learned GA has placed on record a communication made vide Memo No. PDS.12/2025/233-A dated 14.05.2025 by which the prayer of premature release of the petitioner was accepted on the fulfillment of certain terms and conditions laid down in the letter. It is submitted by the learned GA that since the relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been granted by the aforesaid communication, there remains nothing to be decided in the present writ petition.

Mr. S. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the writ petition can be closed on the basis of the aforesaid communication dated 14.05.2025.

In view of the submissions made by the parties, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
