Judgment
By our order dated 8.8.2019, Application filed under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 read with Regulation 30A of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 for withdrawal of CP 615/2018 was allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000 as costs to be paid in the account of Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
In compliance with the said order. The additional affidavit has been filed by the applicant annexing the receipt regarding payment of Rs.1,00,000/- in the account of Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
In the circumstances, CP 615/2018 stands withdrawn and Corporate Debtor is released for all rigours of law and to be controlled by the Board of Director of the Company.
