The petitioners seek quashing of complaint cases under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act and the summoning orders. Earlier, similar petitions were dismissed with costs, holding the grounds to be matter of trial. Now, on receipt of FSL Report, these petitions have been filed.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions and face trial.

Accordingly, both these petitions as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
