Judgment

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(a) Issue any direction or a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the 2nd Respondent to grant stone crusher license to the
petitioner in terms of Section 6-A (2) of Karnataka State Regulation of Stone Crushers Act to establish a Stone Crusher unit in a land
measuring 1.50 Acre situated in Sy.No.173/1P of Pane Mangalore village, Bantwal Taluk, in the interest of justice
(ii) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of this case.â€
Mr.Rohit Urs D, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, makes a statement at the Bar that inadvertently by
mistake, he has not made necessary pleadings and proper prayers in the writ petition and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition
with liberty to file afresh.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the above said liberty.
