The matter has been put up before me in the post lunch session. Mr. Sachin Jain, learned Mediator, is present in person. He submits that there was not enough time to file report and, therefore, he puts in appearance in person. He submits that there are differences between the parties but they have both agreed that they would return to United States of America together on 07.12.2019 alongwith minor children as agreed vide agreement dated 01.11.2019. Thereafter, respondent No. 2 would return to India alongwith minor children in the first week of January 2020 and for this purpose they would board a flight from United States of America on 04.01.2020. Respondent No. 2 and the minor children would reside in India till June 2020 whereafter they will go back to United States of America.

The parties have also been heard and they endorse the statement of learned Mediator. They have agreed to the time schedule mentioned in the foregoing paragraph.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for and the petition stands disposed of. The minor children shall go back alongwith respondent No. 2.
