Judgment

A First Information Report has been lodged by respondent No.3, which has been registered as Case Crime No. 100 of 2017 under Sections 370(2) / 342 / 376(h) / 506 / 323 of IPC and under Section 3 / 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and under Section 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, at Police Station Khanpur, District-Haridwar against the petitioner. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has approached this Court for relief.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, no interference is being called for by this Court in the matter.
It is made clear, in case, the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned and move bail application, his bail application shall be considered as far as possible on the same day itself, on its merit, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed.
