The father of Ms.Antria, is the petitioner before this Court and he alleges that Ms. Antria has been detained illegally by the 4th respondent.

In obedience to the earlier orders, the 4th respondent and Ms. Antria have appeared before this Court personally. We have interacted with both of

them.

Ms. Antria submitted that she has amorous feelings for the 4th respondent; but that she wants to go back to her parents, so that her marriage can

then be conducted in an amiable manner.

We have also interacted with the petitioner- Sri. Jude F Daniel, who submitted that he is willing to take his daughter with him and that their family

issues will be resolved appropriately.

We, therefore, order this writ petition and set Ms. Antria at liberty along with her father â€" the petitioner, Sri. Jude F Daniel; and they will be

escorted home to their residence at Kollam by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kollam East Police Station, who is also present before this Court.

We also warn the 4th respondent not to create any issues or trouble in the life of Ms. Antria and not to engage her in any manner, except with her

full volition and information of the petitioner- Sri. Jude F Daniel.

This writ petition is disposed of.
