Judgment

Case has been taken up through video conferencing in view of the outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19.
While hearing the arguments of learned counsel for both the parties, it has been noticed that a representation as filed by the petitioners on 22.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) is still pending.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the decision on the said representation will be taken as per the direction issued by this Court.
Keeping in view the fact that the said representation is still pending, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the pending representation made by the petitioners on 22.07.2019 (Annexure P-3), in accordance with law, within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case the petitioners are still aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents, they will be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. However, status quo with regard to the possession shall be maintained till the decision is taken on the representation.
