By means of this petition moved u/s 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.) the Petitioners have sought quashing of the proceedings of, Kedar Singh Rawat v. Ram Niwas and Ors. criminal case No. 89 of 2004, relating to offences punishable u/s 109, 120B, 166, 167, 465 and 469 IPC, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi.

Learned Counsel for the parties stated that the impugned proceedings have already been quashed by this Court vide its order dated 16.06.2010, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application (C482) No. 891 of 2005, moved by another accused.

In view of the above development, this petition is liable to the disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court.

There fore, this petition u/s 482 of Cr.P.C., stands disposed of in terms of order dated 16.06.2010, passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application (C482) No. 891 of 2005, and impugned criminal proceedings of, Kedar Singh Rawat v. Ram Niwas and Ors. criminal complaint case No. 89 of 2004, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi, stand quashed as against the present Petitioners Jot Singh Aswal and J.P. Jhildiyal. ( Criminal miscellaneous urgency application No. 959 of 2011, also stands disposed of).
