Judgment
Antony Dominic, J.—Petitioner claims to be the Co-ordinator of St. Mary''s Church, Nileshwar. There is a dispute regarding the grave yard situated in R.S No. 119/2 of Nileshwar village, in respect of which rival claims have been raised by the Petitioner''s church and the 2nd Respondent. It would appear that the issue is now pending consideration of the1st Respondent who has also obtained Ext.P3 report from the Tahsildar. In this writ petition, what is sought for by the Petitioner is a direction to the 1st Respondent to take a decision on the dispute as expeditiously as possible.
Pleadings show that the aforesaid dispute is pending consideration of the 1st Respondent. Therefore, it is for the 1st Respondent to give a quietus to the dispute on an expeditious basis. This the 1st Respondent shall do with notice to the parties and expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four weeks of production of a copy of this W.P (C) No. 3244 of 2011 judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
