Judgment

The petitioners are jointly in possession and ownership of property having an extent of 2.02 ares comprised in Sy.No.1222/1 of Palluruthy village of
Chellanam panchayat. The petitioners have filed Ext.P3 application dated 15.02.2021 in Form No.5 before the 4th respondent under the Kerala
Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Rules, 2008 for removing the land in question from the Data Bank. The petitioners are aggrieved by the
delay in disposal of Ext.P3 application.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
There will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application, within a period of three months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the exhibits and a certified copy of theÂ
judgment before the 4th respondent for compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
