Judgment
This is an application filed under section 12 (A) of the I & B Code R/w Regulations 30 A of the CIRP Regulations initiated against the Corporate Debtor for withdrawal of CP No. 1732 of 2018.
Heard the Counsel for the Applicant.
Counsel for the Applicant submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and they received the entire amount and prays for withdrawal of this Petition.
Accordingly, this Application is allowed permitting the applicant to withdraw the Petition. The order of CIRP passed in this Petition is recalled and the IRP is discharged from his duties. It is also submitted that the Corporate Debtor has paid the fees and out of pocket expenses to the IRP.
Accordingly, the CP is closed.
