Judgment
J.B. Garg, J.—Harjeet Kaur was married to Jitendar Singh and the marriage was solemnized at Jind on 19-1-1986. The allegations of the wife were that the husband as well as his parents and the two sisters of the husband have misappropriated gold and silver ornaments and other valuables enumerated in para No. 3 of the complaint and that she has been treated witn cruelty because demands of further valuables and articles of dowry such as T.V. and Refrigerator etc. could not be met by her parents. A complaint was instituted in this regard at Jind and the Chief Judicial Magistrate made it over to the Police u/s 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure where a case has also been registered and challan also presented in the Court.
At the beginning of the arguments itself it has some to notice thatrecently charge has also been framed in the trial Court on 9-5-1991. After perusal of the complaint, the present petition and hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner there is no good ground that this Court should interfere and quash the proceedings, u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present petition is dismissed with the observation that there is no bar to challenge the framing of the charge etc. within the sphere of the law.
