By way of the present OA, the applicant claims disability pension. It is averred in the OA that the first appeal was preferred against rejection of

disability pension.

A perusal of the same goes to show that no ground has been disclosed on which the applicant is challenging the rejection order. Counsel for the

applicant submits that the specimen was provided by the respondents and as per that specimen, the applicant has preferred the first appeal. Perusal of

the same goes to show that absolutely no grounds have been disclosed by the applicant on which he is challenging the rejection order.

Confronted with the situation, counsel for the appl-; cant submits that the present OA be treated as first appeal.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to treat the OA as first appeal and the same be disposed of within a stipulated period as provided in the

Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 by a speaking order. Copy of the order so passed be provided to the applicant. If the applicant still feels aggrieved

by the same, he may take legal recourse available to him in accordance with law.

With these observations, OA stands disposed of.
