Lawyers are abstaining the work. Perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the same directions as have been granted in Writ Petition No. 10012/2010 (s) (Om Prakash Sarathe and others Vs. State of M.P. and others) decided on 09.08.2010. The record reveals that the said writ petition has been disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal in the case of Smt. Savitri Bai Vs. State of M.P. It is further seen that the order passed by the Tribunal has been affirmed by the Apex Court by dismissing the SLP of the State Government.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in O.A. No. 128/99 (Smt. Savitri Bai Vs. State of M.P.) as also in terms of the order dated 09.08.2010 passed in W.P. No. 10012/2010 (s). The similar benefits be extended to the petitioner as has been directed by this Court in the aforesaid case of Om Prakash Sarathe (supra). The District Education Officer concerned will look into the claim and will pass appropriate orders granting benefit to the petitioner as has been done in other Districts by virtue of orders as have been mentioned in the case of Om Prakash Sarathe (supra), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
