Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Daulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

This petition is being disposed of at this stage on the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court on 26. 12.2019 in CWPOA No.195 of 2019 titled as ‘Smt. Sheela Devi versus State of H.P. and Others’, and now affirmed by Hon’ble Supreme Court. He further submits that the petitioner shall be content at this stage in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in Smt. Sheela Devi’s case (supra) in a time bound manner.

Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court on 26.12.2019 in CWPOA No.195 of 2019 titled as ‘Smt. Sheela Devi versus State of H.P. and Others’, within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
