Copies of each of the Writ Petitions be served on Mr. Debasis Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education and Mr. Saswat Das, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State in course of the day.
Mr. Debasis Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education to find out as to why the Appellate Medical Board’s report has not been obtained by the Opposite Party No.2/Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. He will also find out as to whether the delay in submission of the Medical Report of the Appellate Medical Board due to the non-transmission of the said report by the Opposite Party No.4/ Superintendent, Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital, Balasore, in the district of Balasore or the said report has been transmitted by the Opposite Party No.4/ Superintendent, Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital, Balasore, in the district of Balasore but it has not been acted upon at the end of the Opposite Party No.2/Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
Accordingly, Opposite Party No.4/ Superintendent, Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital, Balasore, in the district of Balasore or the Opposite Party No.2/Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall be present in this Court through virtual mode depending upon who has delayed the things at their respective end.
