T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The petitioner is working as a teacher in an aided higher secondary school. The challenge is against Ext.P4 order passed by the Government ordered re-deployment of Higher Secondary School Teachers to their parent institutions. According to the petitioner, she was appointed in S.D. College, Alappuzha, under the management of the second respondent, along with one Smt. E.G. Sudhamani, on 24.7.1996 and the petitioner is senior to her. Ext.P1 is the order of approval. After delinking of Pre-degree course, the petitioner was deployed to the higher secondary school run by the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that her seniority will be affected by Ext.P4 and that she has not been reverted back to the College. It is stated that the petitioner is qualified as per the U.G.C. norms also. In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the Government to reconsider the whole matter. Ext.P7 is the recent representation filed by the petitioner before the Government. Various other points have been raised in the writ petition.

2.

There will be a direction to the Government to take a decision on Ext.P7 representation after hearing the petitioner and the Manager, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the Government for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
