This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
This I.A. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Registry to return the certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.05.2022 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Rourkela vide Annexure-2 to the memorandum of appeal.
Mr.R.K.Jena, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that this appeal has been dismissed as withdrawn but the applicant requires the certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.05.2022 (Annexure-2 to the memorandum of appeal). That is the reason why the application has been filed.
We do not find any impediment in returning the certified copy of the order dated 13.05.2022 enclosed with the memorandum of appeal, but such return shall be done after authenticated copy of the said order is kept in the file.
In terms of the above, Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order dated 13.05.2022, Annexure-2 to the memorandum of appeal.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
