ORDER
Both the sides are present. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor submitted that the Corporate Debtor has made full and final payment by bringing one Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,69,786/- dated 23.07.2019 drawn on HDFC Bank, the same is handed over to the representative for the Operational Creditor. Therefore, the Petition stands disposed of.
