The petitioner has filed this petition seeking grant of regular bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.142 dated 16.06.2020 at Police Station

Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural under Section 379-B (2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there has been a substantial change in circumstances ever since the disposal of first bail

application inasmuch as the parties have amicably resolved their issues and infact a petition for quashing of the FIR on grounds of compromise has

also been filed i.e. CRM-M-35273-2020 in which notice of motion has been issued for 11.2.2021 (Annexure P-4). It has further been submitted that

an identically situated co-accused namely Davinder Singh @ Gurwinder Singh @ Ginda has already been granted bail on grounds compromise vide

order dated 16.12.2020 (Annexure P-5).

Although learned State counsel has feigned ignorance about the factum of compromise, but a copy of order dated 4.11.2020 (Annexure P-4) has

been annexed with the petition from which it is evident that the parties have amicably resolved their issues. In these circumstances, further detention

of the petitioner will not serve any useful purpose. The petition, as such, is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his

furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
