K.C. Puri, J.—Vide this order, I intend to dispose of Crl. M. Nos. M-28799 of 2010, M-32422 of 2010 and M-35504 of 2010, as all

these three petitions arise out of same FIR.

No specific injury has been attributed to any of the applicants except Jaswant Singh. The injury dangerous to life has been attributed to Satnam

Singh non-applicant, who has been allowed the concession of bail. There are as many as, 4 injuries on the person of the complainant, whereas 7

accused are stated to have caused injuries.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, has stated at the Bar that weapon of offence has been recovered and Petitioners

have joined the investigation.

So, in these circumstances, the application for grant of bail of all the applicants, except Jaswant Singh, stands accepted. The orders dated

28.10.2010, 2.11.2010 and 3.12.2010, passed by this Court qua applicants - Gurdev Singh, Gurpreet Singh and Malkiat Singh, are made

absolute.

So, for as application of Jaswant Singh is concerned, since he has been attributed specific injury, his application for grant of bail is dismissed.
